Founded by an individual with dual Brazilian and European citizenship, Chazak brings innovative ideas of justice, ethics, and integrity to the global marketplace.

Rooted in the rich history of the Fuganti family, who migrated from northern Italy to Brazil in 1878, we have made significant contributions to the development of Brazil’s agribusiness across generations. The founder of Chazak is a distinguished lawyer with a Master’s in International Law from the United Kingdom, educated at one of the world’s most prestigious universities.

With over 20 years of experience in Brazil and Portugal, he has built a solid career in business law, human rights, and environmental sustainability. In recent years, his focus has been on empowering companies to adopt the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), promoting ethical and responsible business practices.

His expertise in Business and Contract Law offers strategic insight into corporate negotiations and dispute resolution. Under his visionary leadership, Chazak delivers a unique approach to international trade, ensuring that each client receives personalized service and solutions that drive optimal results.
